We also provide engraving, logo placement, and finishing options to ensure your medals reflect the spirit of your event.

Production & Quality control

Once your medals or trophies are ready, we handle packaging and logistics with care.
All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transport and are shipped locally or internationally depending on your needs.
Production and delivery times vary between 1 to 4 months, depending on the order type, complexity, and workload.
During select periods, we also offer seasonal discounts to provide our clients with more flexibility and cost efficiency.

Once your medals or trophies are complete, we handle everything to ensure they arrive safely and on time.
Orders are securely packaged and prepared for shipment, whether local or international.
If your design matches one of our in-stock models, we can process and deliver it faster while maintaining full quality assurance.

All our medals and trophies are made from high-quality zinc alloy, known for its durability, weight, and polished metallic shine.

Yes — medals can be fully customized with your own design, logo, or engraving on one or both sides.
Trophies, however, are not customizable, but we offer over a hundred different ready-made designs to choose from.

For medals, the minimum order is 1,000 pieces.
For trophies, the minimum is 70 pieces per design.
You can also order from available stock (if any) in any quantity.

Production and delivery typically take 1 to 4 months, depending on the season, workload, and order complexity.
We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you receive your offer.

Yes. For first-time custom orders, a mold creation fee applies — this is a one-time cost included in your initial offer.
The total cost may also vary depending on the complexity of the design.
If you would like our team to create the full design from scratch, an additional design service fee will be included in your offer.
Clients who already have their own finished design won’t need this extra service.

Yes — during specific periods of the year, we provide seasonal discounts that clients can take advantage of. These offers are available for a limited time and can significantly reduce costs on large orders.
